Janet is one of the best moderators I have come across in my 20 years of marketing research. She builds excellent rapport and empathy with the participants. Janet uses her newfound knowledge of the participants to probe very deeply into their feelings so that she can uncover what is truly motivating them. The analyses she prepares are also exceptionally insightful and are very clear and easy to understand. Janet is also very flexible and easy to work with.
